Remindio is a personal memory and reminder assistant that helps you remember important information and receive timely reminders. The Service is accessible via WhatsApp messaging and our web application.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REMINDIO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
